The Arizona Diamondbacks have recalled utilityman Ryan Roberts from Triple-A Reno and released infielder Bobby Crosby. The Diamondbacks made the move before Tuesday night's game at San Diego. The 30-year-old Crosby was acquired in a multiplayer trade with Pittsburgh on July 31. He hit .167 with two doubles and two RBIs in nine games for the Diamondbacks.
